Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience

About the Role

MyLife is seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Business Development Manager to help drive growth across our private care services. Working closely with operational teams, you will identify new business opportunities, develop referral networks, and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, community organisations, and key stakeholders to support sustainable growth and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, community organisations, and referral partners.

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the local community.
\n
• Promote MyLife services and strengthen brand awareness.
\n
• Support marketing, networking, and community engagement initiatives.
\n
• Work collaboratively with operational teams to achieve growth targets.
\n
• Attend stakeholder meetings, networking events, and community forums.
\n
• Prepare reports and provide regular updates on business development activity.
\n

About You

\n
• Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or a similar role.
\n
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
\n
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
\n
• Self-motivated, proactive, and commercially focused.
\n
• Experience within the care, healthcare, or social care sector would be advantageous.
