Sales Representative

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

• Work closely with Division Sales Manager(s) to understand product sales.
\n

\n
• Work closely with plant management day to day for best service practices to customers.
\n

\n
• Resolve problems concerning customer issues, transportation, and logistics systems.
\n

\n
• Conduct customer negotiations to enhance supply chain efficiency.
\n

\n
• Execute given specific customer requirements for packaging and service.
\n

REQUIREMENTS:

\n
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of experience (min. 5 years) in Poultry Industry
\n

\n
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work within dynamic sales team
\n

\n
• Detail oriented, Self-motivated, Multi-tasker.
\n

\n
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
\n
• Manage a team consisting of CSR, Freight Manager, Production Coordinator
\n
