Locum CRNAs needed to start ASAP and work 6 months with a possibility of extension at a facility near South Dallas, TX.

\n - Shift: 3x12 weekly with 1x24 hour OB weekend shift each month. If they want to work more than 3x12 they are welcome to.
\n - Weekend: 1x24 hour OB weekend shift required each month.
\n - Medical Direction.
\n - Types of cases: OB mainly and maybe some general surgery.
\n - Do the CRNAs need to do blocks, spinals, and epidurals? Must be able to place epidurals.
\n - EMR: Meditech.
\n - TX license required.
\n - ACLS, BLS.
\n - Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days.
\n - $1,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
