- Shift Duration: 16-hour shifts
- Average Daily Patient Count: 9 - 11 (NICU/Nursery)
- Annual Deliveries: Approximately 1,250
- Daytime Collaboration: On-site neonatologists available
- Nighttime Coverage: In-house neonatologist on call with a 30-minute response time
- Attendance: Required at deliveries
- Team Education: Training for RN/RT teams as patient volume and acuity rise
- Certification: NRP certification is mandatory
- Housing and Travel: Complimentary arrangements provided
- Licensing and Malpractice: We cover costs and manage arrangements
- Credentialing: We streamline the credentialing and privileging process
