Job Description

Pay: $25.00–$29.00+/hour (Based on Experience)
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-Hour Rotating Night Shift)
Training may be completed on first shift.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control chemical production processes to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Measure, mix, and transfer chemicals while following established procedures and safety standards.
- Operate, inspect, and perform routine adjustments to processing equipment.
- Record production data and monitor process conditions using basic computer systems.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all OSHA, environmental, and company safety policies.
- Assist with troubleshooting production issues and support continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous chemical manufacturing, chemical processing, or industrial production experience preferred.
- Ability to safely lift up to 55 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work in a manufacturing environment for 12-hour shifts.
- Basic computer skills for production documentation and process monitoring.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work additional shifts and overtime as needed.
