\nJob Description
\nWe are seeking a machinist familiar with turning machines. Sets up and operates a variety of machines in machine shop, including but not limited to; milling, turning, drilling, grinding etc. Able to work to close tolerances working from drawings with little or no guidance.
\nShift Hours: Monday-Friday 2pm-10:15pm
\nPrimary Duties & Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or multi-axis machines)
\n - \n
Load programs, install tooling, and set work offsets
\n - \n
Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
\n - \n
Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments
\n - \n
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
\n - \n
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
\n - \n
Maintain accurate production and inspection records
\n - \n
Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures
\n - \n
Collaborate with engineers, programmers, and supervisors to improve processes

Experience & Education
\n- \n
- Previous manufacturing experience (3+ years) \n
- Willingness to learn \n
- \n
CNC programming experience (G-code, Mastercam, Fusion 360, etc.)
\n - \n
Experience with tight tolerances and high-precision parts
\n - \n
Knowledge of tooling, feeds, speeds, and materials
\n - \n
Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience
\n
