Position DetailsJob Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 35 hours per week
Work Setting: On-site.
Provide individual counseling services to clients with diverse mental health concerns.
Utilize trauma-informed and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
Collaborate with clinical supervisors and multidisciplinary team members.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Uphold ethical and professional standards in all aspects of care.
Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field.
License eligible or currently licensed (LPC, Provisional LPC, LGSW, LCSW, LICSW, or equivalent).
Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and professional ethics.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using electronic documentation systems and standard computer applications.
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.
Familiarity with Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and trauma-informed practices.
Passion for continuous learning and integrating new therapeutic approaches.
Strong self-awareness, professionalism, and commitment to self-care.
