We are excited to announce a full-time opportunity for a Family Medicine physician at our newly established primary care facility located at 631 Maple Ave in Wilton, NY.

Our clinic offers a comprehensive array of healthcare services for families, which includes: routine pediatric examinations (well-baby and well-child checkups, school, camp, and sports physicals); adolescent healthcare; standard adult and geriatric medical services (including annual physicals for health maintenance, work, school, or insurance purposes); treatment for illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions; as well as preventive immunizations, cancer screenings, and promotion of healthy lifestyles.
KEY FEATURES:
- Shared call rotation approximately every 70 days, supported by RN triage
- Physician-led organization with governance by a physician-led Joint Oversight Committee
- Flexible scheduling options available - choose from a 3, 4, or 5-day work week
- Collaboration with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) offering additional compensation opportunities
- Teaching opportunities available for first-year AMC students and precepting NP/PA students
- Possibility for hybrid work in Hospital Medicine if desired
- Leadership and administrative roles available for interested physicians
QUALIFICATIONS:
- New York State licensure and DEA registration required
- Board Certification is mandatory
- Open to both experienced professionals and recent graduates
- Strong enthusiasm for providing Primary Care to patients of all ages
COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
We provide a competitive base salary with potential earnings through RVU-based productivity incentives and quality performance bonuses.
- Starting salary range of $250,000 - $260,000, with opportunities for additional earnings based on productivity.
- The stated salary represents the initial compensation range and does not encompass productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift bonuses, or other cash compensation applicable to the role. Additionally, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is in accordance with state regulations and may vary based on the aforementioned factors.
- Signing Bonus of up to $75,000
- Retention Bonus of $25,000
- Resident compensation available - up to $50,000 per year for early sign-on
