About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll serve as the face of our company—meeting with pre-qualified homeowners to design and present custom bath solutions that fit their needs and vision. This is a high-energy outside sales role where you’ll leverage cutting-edge technology to deliver an engaging, consultative sales experience.

This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential—top performers earn $100,000+ annually.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad-based system
\n
• Design customized bath solutions using easy-to-use digital tools
\n
• Build rapport with homeowners and guide them through product selections
\n
• Provide accurate pricing and close sales consistently
\n
• Participate in weekly sales training to enhance performance and skills
\n
• Manage your pipeline and follow up with prospects as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
\n
• Previous in-home sales experience preferred (home improvement/remodeling a plus)
\n
• Comfortable delivering presentations and speaking confidently in customer homes

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly driven to succeed

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based environment

• Outgoing and professional personality with strong closing ability

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
