What You'll Do
As a Senior HR Workforce Analytics Analyst, you'll partner with HR leaders and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful workforce insights that influence strategic decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex workforce analytics projects using advanced analytical techniques.
Analyze workforce trends, identify root causes, and develop actionable recommendations.
Design and maintain executive-level dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
Translate complex workforce data into compelling presentations and business narratives.
Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership to address workforce planning and organizational challenges.
Ensure data integrity through quality assurance and validation processes.
Recommend improvements to reporting tools and data systems.
Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance on analytics best practices.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in:
Data Analytics
Data Science
Statistics
Mathematics
Economics
Business Analytics
Or a related quantitative field

5+ years of current experience in:
Workforce Analytics
People Analytics
HR Analytics
Business/Data Analytics
