Supply Chain Manager | $100K-$130K + Bonus | Manufacturing
I'm partnering with a growing manufacturing organization to identify a Supply Chain Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building structure, accountability, and operational excellence.
This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for someone who can stabilize operations, improve communication, drive inventory accuracy, and lead meaningful change across warehouse, logistics, procurement, receiving, and S&OP functions.

Compensation
- $100,000-$130,000 base salary
- Bonus opportunity
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Warehouse, logistics, inventory control, procurement, receiving, and S&OP operations
- Multiple department leaders and 30-40 indirect reports
- Inventory accuracy, material flow, and logistics performance improvements
- ERP-driven reporting, planning, and supply chain visibility
- Cross-functional collaboration with plant operations and senior leadership
- Process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and accountability
- 5+ years of supply chain leadership experience in manufacturing
- Strong experience in warehouse, logistics, materials management, or planning
- Proven ability to lead leaders and improve underperforming processes
- Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- SAP experience
