Supply Chain Manager | $100K-$130K + Bonus | Manufacturing

I'm partnering with a growing manufacturing organization to identify a Supply Chain Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building structure, accountability, and operational excellence.

This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for someone who can stabilize operations, improve communication, drive inventory accuracy, and lead meaningful change across warehouse, logistics, procurement, receiving, and S&OP functions.

Compensation
  • $100,000-$130,000 base salary

What You'll Lead
  • Warehouse, logistics, inventory control, procurement, receiving, and S&OP operations
  • Multiple department leaders and 30-40 indirect reports
  • Inventory accuracy, material flow, and logistics performance improvements
  • ERP-driven reporting, planning, and supply chain visibility
  • Cross-functional collaboration with plant operations and senior leadership
  • Process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and accountability
Ideal Background
  • 5+ years of supply chain leadership experience in manufacturing
  • Strong experience in warehouse, logistics, materials management, or planning
  • Proven ability to lead leaders and improve underperforming processes
  • Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • SAP experience
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
