About the Role

As our Product Owner, you’ll play a key role in defining, prioritizing, and delivering products and features that create measurable value for our members, partners, and business.

You’ll serve as the voice of the customer and the business, translating strategic goals and complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements for our Engineering teams.

You’ll work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Sales, Compliance, QA, and Executive Leadership to make sure we’re building the right solutions at the right time.

What You’ll Do

• Own and prioritize product backlogs aligned with company goals and strategic initiatives
\n • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across the organization
\n • Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements
\n • Partner closely with Engineering to clarify requirements and refine upcoming work
\n • Make day-to-day prioritization decisions that maximize customer and business value
\n • Collaborate with Product Management on product vision, roadmap priorities, and release planning
\n • Work with QA to ensure completed features meet business expectations
\n • Use customer feedback, support trends, operational insights, and business metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
\n • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
\n • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency, automate workflows, and drive innovation

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or in a similar product-focused role who can confidently bridge the gap between business and technology.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Experience writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs
\n • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
\n • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
\n • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset
\n • The ability to manage competing priorities while staying focused on business value
\n • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar Agile planning tools
\n • An understanding of web applications, APIs, and modern software development practices
\n • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
\n • The ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams
\n • A passion for improving customer experiences, operational efficiency, and business outcomes
