Job Description

Product Manager – Hypha

\n

About Hypha

\n

Hypha is an AI-native platform transforming asset management across the full lifecycle - acquisition, management, and exit. Focused on healthcare facilities and multifamily real estate, we're revolutionizing the industry through three key pillars:

\n
    \n
  • \n

Observability: Providing real-time visibility into asset performance, deal progress, and market conditions for all stakeholders

  • \n
  • \n

Intelligence: Enabling AI-driven multidimensional optimization with risk scores, tax strategies, and benchmarking

  • \n
  • \n

Orchestration: Creating seamless workflows and a single source of truth to eliminate inefficiencies

  • \n
\n

Role Overview

\n

We're seeking an exceptional Product Manager to help define and scale the future of AI-powered asset management. You will own product direction across our core products - Synthesis (Document Management), Cortex (Intelligence Engine), and Flow (Collaboration & Orchestration) - working at the intersection of data, infrastructure, and user experience.

\n

This is a highly cross-functional role suited for a technical PM who can translate complex data systems, integrations, and AI capabilities into intuitive, user-friendly products. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and customers to shape products that turn fragmented data and workflows into clear, actionable insight.

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n
    \n
  • \n

Own product strategy and execution across core platform initiatives, from discovery through delivery

  • \n
  • \n

Define and prioritize roadmaps that balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business impact

  • \n
  • \n

Partner closely with engineering to design and ship data-heavy features, including integrations with third-party APIs and platforms

  • \n
  • \n

Lead product thinking around data ingestion, integrations, and observability (e.g. CRMs, workflow tools, analytics platforms)

  • \n
  • \n

Translate complex asset, risk, and operational data into clear, intuitive user experiences - particularly dashboards and forecasting views

  • \n
  • \n

Collaborate with design to ensure consumer-grade UX, including mobile-first experiences where appropriate

  • \n
  • \n

Work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to validate problems, test solutions, and iterate quickly

  • \n
  • \n

Define success metrics and use qualitative and quantitative signals to guide decision-making

  • \n
  • \n

Help shape how AI is embedded into workflows to proactively surface risks, insights, and recommendations

  • \n
\n

Qualifications

\n
    \n
  • \n

5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally on technical or data-driven products

  • \n
  • \n

Experience working with data integrations and APIs (e.g. HubSpot, Zapier, third-party services)

  • \n
  • \n

Familiarity with data platforms, analytics, or observability tools (e.g. PostHog, Looker, Omni, infrastructure or dataset providers)

  • \n
  • \n

Strong technical intuition - you don’t need to code, but you’re comfortable discussing architecture, tradeoffs, and system design

  • \n
  • \n

Experience building or contributing to consumer-grade products, including mobile or highly user-centric applications

  • \n
  • \n

Proven ability to take ambiguous problems and turn them into clear product direction

  • \n
  • \n

Comfortable operating in an early-stage, fast-moving environment with evolving requirements

  • \n
  • \n

Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of product ownership

  • \n
  • \n

Note: Deep finance experience is not required - domain knowledge can be learned on the job.

  • \n
\n

What Sets You Apart

\n
    \n
  • \n

You’re excited by products that sit at the intersection of data, infrastructure, and user experience

  • \n
  • \n

You have strong opinions on how complex data should be surfaced in simple, intuitive ways

  • \n
  • \n

You’ve worked on dashboards, forecasting tools, or products that help users assess risk and make decisions

  • \n
  • \n

You think deeply about how AI should augment - not replace - human workflows

  • \n
  • \n

You’re comfortable working closely with engineers on technically complex systems

  • \n
  • \n

You care about polish, clarity, and usability just as much as functionality

  • \n
  • \n

You’re energized by building foundational products that scale with customers over time

  • \n
\n

Why Join Hypha

\n
    \n
  • \n

Build the future of AI-powered asset management from the ground up

  • \n
  • \n

Work on technically deep, data-rich problems with real-world impact

  • \n
  • \n

Collaborate directly with sophisticated customers and industry leaders

  • \n
  • \n

Have significant influence over product direction and company strategy

  • \n
  • \n

Competitive compensation package: $200-225k base salary and equity

  • \n
  • \n

If you're excited by the challenge of building intelligent, data-driven products with consumer-grade UX - and want to help redefine how complex assets are managed - we’d love to hear from you.
