New Patient Coordinator

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a motivated New Patient Coordinator to join their team. The primary responsibilities include handling inbound calls from new patients, setting up new accounts, entering demographic information into Salesforce, scheduling new patients, and data entry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Medical insurance knowledge (EOBs, PPOs, HMOs for commercial and government payers)
• General CRM experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Inbound and outbound phone volume experience

• Technical: General CRM experience
• Soft: Strong customer service skills

Additional Requirements

Onsite training at Richardson TX office for the first few weeks. After conversion, the ability to work fully remote.
