Physician Assistant Urology (Kadlec Regional Medical Center)
Job Description
Join our dynamic Urology team as a full-time physician assistant in the vibrant community of Richland, Washington. Collaborate with three Urologists and three Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) in a fast-paced environment. Your role will encompass emergency department call, assisting in the operating room, and providing care in an outpatient clinic. Become part of a supportive and collegial team while enjoying a well-balanced schedule in the sunny southeast region of Washington.
- Starting bonuses: $30,000 for experienced providers and $15,000 for new graduates.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, with 36 hours dedicated to patient care.
- Technology: Utilize robotics-assisted surgical techniques.
- Experience: Prior experience in Urology and the operating room is preferred.
- Responsibilities: Includes rotating duties in clinic, inpatient care, emergency department, and first assist roles.
- Loan Forgiveness: Our organization qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).

- Compensation: Annual salary ranges from $138,712 to $184,404.
- Incentives: Compensation may include productivity or quality/service bonuses, call pay, and extra shift incentives. Continuing Medical Education (CME) benefits may also be available.
