Key Responsibilities
  • Assessing patients' medical histories.
  • Diagnosing conditions through observation and patient feedback.
  • Creating personalized treatment plans with defined goals and outcomes.
  • Utilizing exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and prevent further injuries.
  • Documenting patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary.
Qualifications
  • Current Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in Washington State.
  • A strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
Compensation

The salary range for this position is between $88,000 and $105,000 annually, plus a potential $15,000 sign-on bonus. This includes productivity incentives and additional compensation opportunities for certifications.
