JOB DESCRIPTION
- Working with internal and external stakeholders, the Construction Projects Scheduler will develop, implement, update and analyze complex master project schedules for Gas Transmission and LNG projects including key permitting, engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
- Scheduler will manage and track schedules, provide impact analyses of new or delayed project activities and advise leadership of options to ensure project is completed on time and on budget.
- Scheduler will integrate data and manage the master schedule including performing critical path analysis, developing and maintaining activity relationships, reviewing constraints, and confirming interdependencies. - Scheduler will perform risk assessments of contractor provided schedules and proffer alternatives to prevent or regain schedule slippage and confirm contractor schedule logic and accuracy of updates
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent field experience
• Minimum of (8) years experience in construction scheduling
• Proficiency with (P6), MS Project, and MS Office products required
• Experience with resource loading schedules, contractor generated baseline schedules, time impact analyses, commodity curves, earned value management reporting and monthly actual to plan variance analysis
• Ability to read engineering/construction drawings
• Ability to convert MS Project to Primavera P6
