CRSG is a construction management firm with several niche construction services provided in its portfolio. The employer provides administrative services to these B2B Companies such as Payroll, Billing, Accounts Payable, Analysis, Marketing, and IT. This company is an employer of about 50 administrative employees and 400-500 employees including its collective entities. Spread among several offices in both Midtown Manhattan & Southern Nassau County Long Island, you will be joining an organization of hardworking individuals focused on providing the best support services possible to our operations and, ultimately, our clientele.

\nPresenting an exciting opportunity, the position detailed below is one that is growing within our organization. The functions being performed will be new to you, but have existed in our organization.
\nSeeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong focus on ad-hoc initiatives and reporting. This pivotal role requires industry knowledge, ability to adapt, and a firm grasp of Microsoft Excel for Reporting and various presentation tools for External Presentations. The ideal candidate will leverage these skills to analyze, optimize, and streamline business processes within our dynamic operations team. You will be responsible for maintaining complex datasets, generating insightful reports, and driving efficiency improvements through data-driven decision-making. \n\nCandidate Requirement(s) / Preference(s) / Qualification(s):
\nOutstanding communication and presentation skills.
\nGathers and prepares data from business and organizational systems to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
\nGathers, prepares, and reconciles basic organizational data and information.
\nProvides accurate information to management for review, analysis and decision making.
\nPrepares monthly or quarterly reports and presentations as required.
\nAdvances the organizations ability to meet and exceed key strategic initiatives.
\nUpdates monthly metrics and reports trends.
\nAssists in preparation of basic feasibility studies and business plans to support new business developments.
\nDocuments current operations and may provide recommendations on new procedures and methods for management.

In addition to these qualifications and program skills, we would also be looking for candidates who have a strong attention to detail, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and are passionate about driving process improvements that result in increased efficiency and cost savings for the company.
\nLocation: Hybrid Schedule. 1 Day/Week Remote. 4 Remaining days NY, NY.
\nTime Requirements: Full-Time ( 8-4, or 9-5pm M-Fri)
\nEstimated Start Date: Urgent Hiring.
\nPay Details: Estimated $55,000 – $65,000 annual compensation based on prior experience and qualifications. Eligible for additional performance-based compensation.
