We are looking for a Full-Time Customer Service
\n Representative to add to our HVAC Service Department!

You will work with the rest of our CSR team to schedule
\n customers, resolve customer complaints, dispatch our service technicians, and
\n perform other duties as assigned.

Our Ideal Candidate:

The ideal Candidate will be very organized, have knowledge
\n in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, have a strong
\n attention to detail, have time management skills and excellent communication
\n skills with both co-workers and customers, and have reliable transportation to
\n and from the office. Significant additional pay for being on call, working
\n nights, weekends and holidays.

Preferences:

• Experience
  \n in the HVAC/Construction industry
\n
• Bilingual
  \n preferred but not required
\n
• Willing
  \n to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed, for on-call rotations
\n

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
