Job Description

Job Overview: Pay Range: $22hr - $23hr Requirement/Must Have: Compliance with OIG/GSA and background screenings. Ability to work a hybrid schedule with 2 to 3 days in the office. Responsibilities: Create, upload, and maintain Scope of Work for each NRR project. Partner with COEs to obtain required information to produce forms. Maintain project data in corporate database. Create, upload, and maintain SPRF forms to support special projects. Support with maintaining Fleet database with store detail updates. Maintain REC updates, EA reviews updates, RE/Deal Makers weekly updates, and lease execution updates. Support with NRR picture process updates. Review pictures and support management of images to corporate database. Support with notes and track Host weekly updates. Coordinate store development project alignment for various retail partners. Support Marketing and Ops team with lease language review. Process deal intake requests to extract information from lease agreements. Maintain project database post weekly review with COE partners including Real Estate, Design, Planning, and Store Development. Support with Dossier presentation for NRR projects.
