Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join the Northern Nevada Health System's expanding Primary Care team in beautiful Reno, Nevada. This opportunity offers competitive compensation, schedule flexibility, a new outpatient facility, and the support of a collaborative, medical group. \nEmployment Type: Employed, full-time position
\nSchedule Flexibility: Either 4-10's or 5-8's depending on your needs
\nCall: Minimal and very manageable (99% outpatient)
\nPatient Volume: Consistent outpatient panel with room to grow
\nLocation: New NNMG Primary Care facility in Reno, Nevada
\nPractice Setting: Outpatient Family Medicine within a supportive, team of 2 physicians and 3 APPs with more to come
\nSupport/Care Team: Dedicated MA support, front office staff, schedulers
\nTechnology: Cerner with AI Scribe functionality to streamline documentation

Provide comprehensive outpatient Family Medicine care for patients of all ages

Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support teams to deliver high-quality care

Manage day-to-day clinical responsibilities in a modern, efficient outpatient environment

Utilize Cerner for documentation, supported by AI Scribe technology
