LHH is partnering with a respected law firm to identify an experienced Legal Assistant to support a busy team of attorneys focused on white collar, tax, and commercial litigation matters. This role is ideal for a highly organized legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping complex cases moving forward.

LHH is partnering with a respected law firm to identify an experienced Legal Assistant to support a busy team of attorneys focused on white collar, tax, and commercial litigation matters. This role is ideal for a highly organized legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping complex cases moving forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and legal support to multiple attorneys
- Prepare, edit, and proofread legal correspondence and court filings
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files
- Assist with state and county court filings, including e-filing
- Handle client communications and support billing activities
- Prior experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, or Litigation Assistant
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with legal billing software such as Aderant
- Minimum typing speed of 70+ WPM
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- E-filing experience and familiarity with county and state court procedures
- White collar litigation

- Business or commercial litigation
