Compensation Potential: $750,000-$800,000, plus an additional $50,000 in recruitment incentives!
About Our Gastroenterology Department:
Flexible Scheduling: Choose between a 7 on/7 off schedule or customize your own, such as working 7 or 14 days consecutively.
Established Team: Collaborate with 4 skilled physicians and 6 advanced practitioners, supported by inpatient APPs every day of the week.
Advanced Technology: Utilize EPIC EMR and Provation for a streamlined endoscopy process.
State-of-the-Art Equipment: Work with Olympus 190 Scopes and the latest GI technology.
Specialized Services: Access to Esophageal Manometry.
Support Staff: Benefit from a dedicated team of GI nursing and endoscopy tech professionals.
Academic Opportunities: Engage in teaching with the Alice Walton School of Medicine, our primary educational partner, and participate in our Internal Medicine residency program affiliated with UAMS.
ERCP Skills Required: This role is ideal for physicians with advanced procedural expertise.
