This unit features 30 beds, where we provide care for a diverse range of patients, including those requiring step-down, medical-surgical, and swing bed services. Our patient population primarily consists of individuals with long-term and chronic illnesses, and building strong relationships with both patients and their families is a fundamental aspect of our work. We take pride in supporting them throughout their healthcare journey.

Job Summary and QualificationsThis role involves providing leadership that facilitates the delivery of professional nursing care aimed at ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients. You will utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and education for patients and their families. You will also implement medically prescribed interventions.
Qualifications required:
- Preferred Experience: One year of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
- Required Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
- Required License/Certifications: Must possess and maintain current licensure as a registered nurse with the relevant state nursing board. eNLC (Enhanced Nurse License Compact) license may apply; licensee should verify with the state board.
- Certification: BLS Healthcare Provider.
