Job Description

Sr Product Owner (any AI / agentic experience would be a plus)

Responsibilities

\n

- Provide innovation and the end-to-end launch of integrated solutions/products across
\n multiple Agile Teams
\n - Collaborate with Business Partners and Product Managers to co-develop a roadmap and
\n drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment across
\n multiple Agile Teams
\n - Work with senior stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the
\n product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization
\n - Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including
\n features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria across multiple products or complex
\n solutions
\n - Turn data insights into products with actionable outcomes to the ultimate customer
\n - Oversee the design, construction, and implementation of integrated solutions ensuring
\n functionality meets business requirements
\n - Coach and mentor other Product Owners across multiple Agile Teams to build, refine,
\n prioritize and maintain their Team backlogs
\n - Review, approve, and drive iteration content by prioritizing user stories and accept user
\n stories as complete
\n - Define and prioritize solutions to complex issues and effectively communicate
\n dependencies, risks, issues and cope for complex solutions
\n - Coach and mentor Product Owners and Scrum Masters in the successful delivery of
\n - Scrum ceremonies such as iteration planning, iteration reviews, and demos

Details from the Product Manager role we are hiring for this same team:

\n

- Define and execute the Product Vision and long-term product roadmap for our agentic AI platform infrastructure, including multi-agent orchestration, workflow automation, and autonomous decision-making systems
\n - Drive the successful implementation, adoption, and optimization of AWS Bedrock, LangChain/LangGraph, and other agentic frameworks for complex multi-agent workflows and task automation
\n - Partner closely with AI/ML engineers, platform engineers, and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical specifications and development priorities
