\nWhat You'll Do
\nAs a Sales Consultant, you are the primary point of contact for our guests from introduction through delivery. Your focus will be on education, trust-building, and creating an exceptional Acura ownership experience.
\nResponsibilities include:
\nGreeting and engaging guests in a warm, professional manner
\nLearning each guest's needs and guiding them to vehicles that fit their lifestyle
\nDemonstrating vehicle features and technology in the showroom and during test drives
\nExplaining Acura benefits, warranties, and ownership programs
\nAssisting guests through the purchase process in coordination with management and F&I
\nSupporting vehicle deliveries, including:
\nBluetooth and phone pairing
\nNavigation and infotainment setup
\nDriver-assist and safety features
\nFollowing up after delivery to ensure satisfaction and answer questions
\nMaintaining CRM activity and guest communication
\nStaying current on Acura models, trims, incentives, and technology
\nSupporting special events, product launches, and showroom initiatives
\nQualifications
\nWe're looking for someone who is:
\nPassionate about customer service and luxury experiences
\nComfortable communicating in person, by phone, and digitally
\nTech-savvy and eager to learn vehicle features and digital tools
\nProfessional, organized, and dependable
\nAble to multitask in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
\nBilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred
\nAt least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
\nPrevious experience in sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service is preferred but not required. Automotive experience is a plus - we provide training.

\nStanding and walking for extended periods
\nFrequent use of hands and arms for demonstrations
\nOccasional bending, stooping, or lifting up to 50 lbs

\nHourly pay: $17.00 per hour
\nCommission opportunity: Yes (performance-based)
