\n Requirements
\n
\n - 12+ years of experience in banking / credit / financial services
\n - 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner
\n - Exposure to underwriting, servicing, or credit workflows
\n - Demonstrated understanding of banking processes, regulatory requirements, and client needs in the lending space
\n - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
\n - Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
\n - Highly desirable fluency in Portuguese or Spanish
\n - Bachelorâs degree in Business, IT, Finance or a related field
