CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – SERVICE DEPARTMENT

\n Lou Bachrodt Volkswagen is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Service Department. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced team environment.
Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist service customers
\n
• Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments
\n
• Communicate with customers regarding service needs and vehicle status
\n
• Maintain accurate customer information in the dealership CRM
\n
• Follow up with customers after service visits
\n
• Assist service advisors with customer communication and administrative tasks
\n
• Help deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
\n

Qualifications:

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
\n
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
\n
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
\n
• Basic computer skills
\n
• Automotive service experience is a plus but not required
\n
• Ability to work well in a team environment
\n
