Production Team Member

Job Description:
If you love a fast-paced environment where the day flies by, this is it! Our Production Team works on a high-speed assembly line to portion, tray, and seal our meal kits so they are retail-ready.

What You'll Do:
Work on an active assembly line placing freshly prepared food items into trays.

Portion ingredients accurately and operate packaging/sealing machinery.

Team Player Note: Production is your primary focus, but you are flexible and willing to support the kitchen or sanitation departments if business needs shift.

Shifts available: All shifts!
1st Shift: 5:00am-3:30pm
2nd Shift: 3:30pm-2:00am

What We're Looking For
Chill Factor: This department is strictly cold (35°F - 40°F) to keep food fresh. You must be comfortable working in a refrigerated environment.

Speed & Detail: Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to keep up with a fast assembly line.

Reliability: A team player who shows up ready to hit production goals.

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
