Project Manager

Position Details:

Title: Project Manager or Sr. Project Manager

Location: Regional projects within company market (travel to job sites required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to specification
\n
• Lead project planning, scheduling (CPM), financial management, billing, forecasting, and cost control
\n
• Supervise project staff including Superintendents, Foremen, and craft workers
\n
• Act as the primary liaison with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
\n
• Monitor job site safety and enforce company safety standards
\n
• Manage subcontractor performance, contracts, and negotiations
\n
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and administrative compliance
\n
• Actively participate in business development and client relationship management
\n

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
\n
• \n

  3+ years of experience managing construction projects

\n
• \n

  Strong project financial management and cost control skills

\n
• \n

  Knowledge of construction contracts, law, and industry best practices

\n
• \n

  Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

\n
• \n

  Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Project Management, and Estimating software

\n
• \n

  Ability to travel regionally and conduct physical site inspections
