Our client is seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial interiors and retail construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Client Details Our client is a well-established construction management firm specializing in retail and commercial interiors projects across the United States. Known for delivering high-quality work in fast-paced environments, they have built a strong reputation with luxury retailers, corporate clients, and national brands. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are looking to add a Project Manager to their team. Description Manage commercial interiors and retail construction projects from inception through completion Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders Monitor project costs and ensure profitability objectives are achieved Assist with estimating, bidding, and procurement activities as needed Identify and resolve project issues proactively to keep projects on schedule Support multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Profile A successful Project Manager should have: Experience with managing construction projects in the property industry. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to address project challenges. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements in construction. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
