\n*Position Overview:*\n
\nWe are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team. This role will involve managing a varied caseload, working directly with clients, and collaborating with colleagues on case strategy. The successful candidate will have the independence to handle cases with support from an experienced mentor and a well-trained staff.\n

\n*Key Responsibilities:*\n
\n* Handle a range of cases in Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, and potentially other civil matters.\n
\n* Conduct discovery review and analysis.\n
\n* Prepare and argue pretrial motions and negotiate case resolutions.\n
\n* Participate in depositions, draft pleadings, and develop trial materials as needed.\n
\n* Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients.\n
\n* Contribute to case discussions and strategy sessions with the team.\n
\n
\n*Qualifications:*\n
\n* Licensed to practice law in Indiana (required).\n
\n* 0–3 years of experience in relevant practice areas\n
\n* Strong research, writing, and organizational skills.\n
\n* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\n
\n* Must be able to reliably commute to South Bend and Elkhart, Indiana.\n
\n
