Using advanced pulp fibre moulding equipment and innovative after-pressing technology, we produce high-quality, sustainable packaging solutions for a wide range of industries.Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Line Leader to join our production team in Flixborough.About the Role As a Line Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of the production line, ensuring quality standards, productivity targets, and health and safety requirements are consistently achieved.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing or production experience who is looking to progress into a leadership role within a growing business.Key Responsibilities Leading and supporting a team of production operatives.Monitoring production line performance and output.Ensuring products meet quality standards and customer specifications.Assisting with machine operation and production processes.Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed.Reporting production issues and escalating where required.Supporting training and development of team members.Maintaining production records and completing relevant documentation.Promoting a positive and productive working environment.Candidate Requirements Essential Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment.Good communication and leadership skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Reliable and flexible approach to work.Desirable Previous Line Leader, Team Leader, or Senior Operative experience.Experience within packaging, FMCG, or industrial manufacturing.Knowledge of production processes and continuous improvement practices.What We Offer Pay rate up to £16.00 per hour14-week temp-to-perm opportunityRotating shift patternCareer development opportunitiesSupportive team environmentModern manufacturing facilityImmediate start availableWhy Join Us?
