Project Manager

An established and growing main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their delivery team. The company has a proven track record of delivering high-quality schemes across a range of sectors, including retail, commercial, industrial, and residential.You will initially lead the delivery of an extension and refurbishment to a retail store from inception through to completion.Key ResponsibilitiesFull lifecycle management of projectsProgramme planning, coordination, and on-site deliveryManaging subcontractors, suppliers, and site teamsEnsuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsMaintaining strong client relationships and acting as the primary point of contactOverseeing health & safety compliance across all phasesAbout YouProven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industryStrong background delivering a broad range of projectsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities effectivelyExcellent leadership, communication, and organisational skillsCommercial awareness and problem-solving capabilityRelevant construction qualifications including SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS cardBuilding Careers UK are specialist in Construction and Property recruitment.
