This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established international organisation renowned for its commitment to customer service, innovation and employee development.Working within a busy customer service environment, you will be responsible for managing customer contact at the end of finance agreements, discussing available options, promoting customer retention, and ensuring a seamless customer journey.
