Senior Programme ManagerLocation: StaffordshireSalary: £70,000 - £88,000 + Car Allowance + BenefitsMorson is proud to be supporting a leading UK infrastructure organisation in the recruitment of a Senior Programme Manager.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced programme leader to take ownership of a major capital investment portfolio valued between £200m and £500m, providing strategic leadership across complex infrastructure programmes. Were keen to hear from candidates who have led large-scale capital programmes within highly regulated industries, including construction, utilities, rail, nuclear, energy etcThis is a hybrid role, based from the office in Staffordshire, with regular travel to sites across the region to support programme delivery. The working pattern is typically 4 days across the office and sites, with one day working from home.About YouYou'll be an experienced programme leader with a proven track record of delivering large-scale capital programmes within complex, regulated environments.You'll ideally have:Experience leading major capital programmes or portfolios valued between £200m and £500m.Proven leadership of Project Managers and multidisciplinary delivery teams.Strong experience operating within NEC contract environments.Excellent understanding of programme governance, commercial management, risk and delivery assurance.Experience managing multiple stakeholders across complex infrastructure programmes.Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, CDM and engineering risk management.Excellent communication, leadership and strategic planning skills.A project management qualification (or equivalent experience).Full UK driving licence.BenefitsSalary of £70,000 - £88,000Car allowance28 days holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell up to five additional daysIndustry-leading pension scheme with employer contributions up to 15%Sharesave schemeDedicated learning and development opportunitiesElectric vehicle scheme and retail offersFamily-friendly policiesTwo paid volunteering days each yearThis is an opportunity to join a leading infrastructure organisation delivering a significant capital investment programme, where youll play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, leading high-performing teams and delivering projects that have a lasting impact.TPBN1_UKTJ
