\nAre you an organised and proactive Customer Fulfilment Co-ordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities Do you enjoy coordinating multiple tasks, communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, and finding solutions to keep operations running smoothly Workshop Recruitment is supporting a search for a Customer Fulfilment Co-ordinator to join an Operations team on a temp-to-perm basis. This fully remote role focuses on securing and managing property viewing appointments, ensuring service levels are maintained and customer expectations are exceeded. The successful Customer Fulfilment Co-ordinator will be highly adaptable, able to respond quickly to changing demands, and confident managing multiple priorities simultaneously. This is a reactive operational role where urgent issues can arise throughout the day, requiring excellent organisation, resilience, and problem-solving skills.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Secure fulfilment of non-urgent appointments while minimising cancellations \n
- Make outbound calls to arrange and confirm appointments \n
- Respond professionally to inbound calls, emails, and live chats \n
- Coordinate with clients and members to resolve scheduling issues \n
- Audit completed appointments to ensure quality standards are met \n
- Review reports, photographs, and deliverables for accuracy \n
- Complete detailed end-of-shift handovers \n
- Support wider operational activities and appointment categories as required \n
Skills & Knowledge Required

- Minimum 2 years' experience working remotely \n
- Strong administrative and organisational skills \n
- Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry \n
- Confident handling a high volume of outbound and inbound calls \n
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and workloads \n
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused approach \n
- Comfortable working under pressure in a reactive environment \n
- Confident using technology and multiple internal systems \n
