QC Analyst, GMP Location: Near Peterborough, Cambridgeshire Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 Talentmark is recruiting for a QC Analyst to join a growing bioscience organisation operating within a GMP-regulated environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical scientist with experience in chromatographic techniques to play a key role in quality control testing, supporting the manufacture and processing of high-quality, plant-derived active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). Key Responsibilities: Perform analytical testing of plant-derived molecules in accordance with approved SOPs. Prepare working solutions, mobile phases, standards, and laboratory reagents. Maintain accurate GMP-compliant documentation and ensure data integrity requirements are met. Carry out routine maintenance, calibration, and verification of laboratory instrumentation, including GC-MS and HPLC-UV systems. Manage laboratory stock levels and consumables to support uninterrupted testing activities. Support internal audits and regulatory inspections where required. Collaborate closely with QA, Production, and other cross-functional teams.Your Background: Degree-qualified in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline, or possess equivalent laboratory experience. Experience working within a regulated laboratory environment, ideally GMP. Familiarity with analytical techniques such as HPLC and/or GC-MS. Experience in microbiological testing or ICH stability - advantageous Strong understanding of laboratory safety practices, including COSHH, risk assessments, and PPE requirements.What's on Offer?
