This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who thrives on partnering with leaders, developing people strategies, and creating an inclusive and engaging workplace culture. Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, the People & Culture Manager will work across the full employee lifecycle, providing expert HR guidance and partnering with managers to deliver high-performing, values-led teams. You'll lead on a range of people initiatives, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, wellbeing, and diversity and inclusion. This is a highly visible role that offers the opportunity to influence organisational culture, support strategic people projects, and contribute to an environment where employees can thrive. - Partner with managers to provide expert HR advice and support. \n
- Lead and support complex employee relations cases. \n
- Drive recruitment, onboarding and retention initiatives. \n
- Develop and deliver people management training programmes. \n
- Support employee engagement and wellbeing strategies. \n
- Contribute to organisational change and workforce planning projects. \n
- Champion Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Social Justice initiatives. \n
- Review and develop HR policies and procedures in line with best practice and legislation. \n
- Support the ongoing development of people systems and processes \n

- CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualification (or equivalent experience). \n
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. \n
- Significant experience managing complex employee relations matters. \n
- Experience leading people projects and organisational change initiatives. \n
- A passion for employee wellbeing, engagement and development. \n
- Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills. \n
- The confidence to challenge constructively and influence decision-making. \n
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. \n
