\n Youll be part of a Community Adult Social Work Team, working with adults with Learning Disabilities and Physical Disabilities, supporting individuals with complex needs to live safely, independently, and with dignity.\n
The Role\n
\n You will:\n

\n
• Complete Care Act assessments, reviews, and support planning
\n
• Work with Court of Protection cases and complex decision-making
\n
• Apply strong knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and Best Interests
\n
• Provide supervision and guidance to junior staff where required
\n
• Work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver person-centred outcomes
\n

\n
\n This role is ideal for a confident, experienced practitioner who enjoys autonomy while being well supported.\n
What Youll Need\n
\n

\n
• Social Work qualification
\n
• Registered with Social Work England (SWE)
\n
• Minimum 3 years post-qualified experience
\n
