The Role\n
\n You will:\n

- Complete Care Act assessments, reviews, and support planning \n
- Work with Court of Protection cases and complex decision-making \n
- Apply strong knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and Best Interests \n
- Provide supervision and guidance to junior staff where required \n
- Work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver person-centred outcomes \n
\n This role is ideal for a confident, experienced practitioner who enjoys autonomy while being well supported.\n
What Youll Need\n

- Social Work qualification \n
- Registered with Social Work England (SWE) \n
- Minimum 3 years post-qualified experience \n
