Shift Manager£45,000 + Bonus + Private Healthcare3-Shift PatternBoltonThe OpportunityAn exciting opportunity has arisen due to site expansion and the launch of a new production line at a well-established, global manufacturing operation in Bolton. We're seeking an experienced Shift Manager to play a key role in driving operational excellence, team performance, and continuous improvement within a high-volume, regulated manufacturing environment.The RoleAs Shift Manager, you will be accountable for the end-to-end performance of your shift on a modern manufacturing line.
