As our clients business continues to grow, youll have the opportunity to develop your skills and build a long-term career with them.If youre looking for a rewarding administration role where your contribution is valued and your work has a real impact, wed love to hear from you.About the RoleAs the Administrative Coordinator, youll be responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of the office while supporting purchasing, finance administration and compliance activities.What our Client offers:£15.00 per hourFlexible working hoursCompany pensionPaid annual leaveFree on-site parkingOngoing training and developmentLong-term career opportunities within a growing businessYour responsibilities will include:Office AdministrationAnswering and directing incoming telephone callsGreeting customers, suppliers and visitorsManaging incoming and outgoing postMaintaining organised filing systems and company recordsOrdering office supplies and consumablesProviding administrative support to the Directors and wider teamFinance AdministrationRaising customer invoicesProcessing supplier invoicesMatching invoices to purchase ordersReconciling payments and maintaining purchasing recordsPurchasing & Supplier CoordinationRaising purchase ordersOrdering office and workshop consumablesLiaising with suppliers to ensure timely deliveriesMaintaining supplier recordsReviewing supplier contracts and identifying purchasing efficienciesOperations & ComplianceSupporting Health & Safety administrationMaintaining vehicle, training and compliance recordsAssisting with company documentation and regulatory complianceWhat Youll Bring...Were looking for someone who is organised, reliable and enjoys taking ownership of their work.Youll ideally have :Previous office administration experienceExcellent organisational and time management skillsStrong communication and customer service skillsHigh attention to detailGood working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeExperience using accounts software such as Xero (or similar)Experience raising purchase orders, processing invoices and reconciling paymentsThe ability to prioritise workloads and work independentlyDesirable ExperienceEngineering or manufacturing office experienceSupplier managementNegotiating supplier contractsCompliance administrationERP system experienceIf you are interested in this role, please apply and a member of the team will be in contact with you.
