You will need to be assertive but tactful. You will also need good number skills, and the ability to explain financial matters clearly. Your work will include:Contacting customers when payment is overdueAsking them to settle their account and explaining the terms of their creditUsing databases to check credit recordsNegotiating repayment plansSetting up and maintaining customer filesTracing missing debtorsAbout You;Must be Fluent in French and EnglishPrevious Credit Control experienceGood standard of general education and confidence with numbers.Strong verbal and written skillsCalmness under pressureOrganised and methodical approachGood negotiation skillsStrong administrative and computer skills.Strong working knowledge of MS Office Packages.TPBN1_UKTJ
