Awell-established, highly successful bank in South Manchester is expanding its Asset Finance collections team. We are looking for motivated Collections Executives to join a growing department. Provide administrative and operational support to the wider team. Maintain professional communication with clients regarding accounts. Deliver high-quality customer service while resolving payment queries. What we are looking for: Experience: Previous collections experience is essential. Industry: Financial services experience is a strong advantage, but not required. Skills: Excellent communication, attention to detail, and a professional phone manner.
