CNC Turner Setter/Operator

AMJ Recruitment are looking for a Full Time CNC Turner Setter/Operator to join our valued Engineering Client based in Nuneaton.***MUST have plenty of Mazatrol experience and be able to work independently***Pay Rate - £16.00 - £17.00 per hourShifts: Day Shift07:00am - 16:00pm (Mon-Thur)07:00am - 12:00pm (Fri)Term - Long Term, OngoingStart Date - ASAPExperience - Mazatrol experience is ESSENTIALDuties Include:Set and operate CNC turning centres using Mazatrol controlsInterpret and work from engineering drawings, route cards, and technical specificationsSelect, install, and set cutting tools, offsets, and work holding equipmentProduce first-off components and carry out in-process inspectionsUse measuring equipment including micrometers, verniers, bore gauges, and thread gaugesMaintain dimensional accuracy and quality standards to tight tolerancesMonitor machine performance and make necessary tooling or offset adjustmentsPerform routine machine maintenance and daily housekeeping dutiesEnsure all work is completed in line with production schedules and targetsIdentify and report tooling issues, machine faults, or quality concernsMinimise scrap and maximise machine efficiencyWork with a variety of materials including stainless steel, aluminium, mild steelAdhere to all health & safety procedures and company policiesMaintain accurate production and inspection recordsSupport continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiativesWork independently and as part of a manufacturing teamTo apply, please send your CV over to the AMJ Recruitment Team, who will be in touch to discuss next steps.TPBN1_UKTJ
