Following continued growth and significant investment, they're looking to appoint an experienced Site Reliability & Network Systems Administrator to take ownership of the reliability, performance and resilience of their infrastructure.This is an opportunity to move beyond traditional IT support into a role where you will have genuine influence over the architecture, scalability and availability of a modern cloud-based platform.The RoleYou will be responsible for maintaining and evolving the organisation's cloud infrastructure, networking and monitoring capabilities, ensuring customers enjoy an exceptional platform experience.You will be involved in:Designing, implementing and administering Microsoft Azure environmentsBuilding scalable, resilient and secure cloud infrastructureAzure tenant setup, configuration and ongoing optimisationManaging networking, routing, firewalls, VPNs and connectivityInfrastructure monitoring, alerting and performance optimisationImplementing and managing web monitoring and observability platformsIncident response, root cause analysis and continual service improvementCapacity planning, disaster recovery and business continuitySupporting security best practice, patch management and infrastructure complianceWorking closely with development teams to improve platform reliability and deployment processesAutomating operational tasks wherever possibleWhat We Are Looking ForYou will already have experience operating within cloud-first, high-availability environments and enjoy solving complex infrastructure challenges.We are particularly interested in people with experience of:Microsoft Azure setup, implementation and administrationAzure networking and virtual infrastructureSite Reliability Engineering (SRE) principlesInfrastructure monitoring and alerting platformsWeb monitoring and uptime management toolsDNS, TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls and enterprise networkingMicrosoft Entra ID (Azure AD)Windows Server and cloud infrastructure administrationExperience with any of the following would be highly beneficial:CloudflareApplication Performance Monitoring (APM) toolsSecurity and vulnerability managementSaaS or web platform environmentsAbout YouYou will be someone who:Enjoys taking ownership of infrastructure and platform reliabilityHas excellent troubleshooting and analytical skillsIs proactive rather than reactiveCommunicates confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersEnjoys working within collaborative product and engineering teamsThrives in fast-moving, technology-led environmentsHas a continuous improvement mindset and enjoys introducing new ideas and technologiesTPBN1_UKTJ
