Labourer

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for general labourers in Hemel Hempstead.Working times will be 05:30am start and normally finish at 2pm. Anything worked past 8 hours in a day is paid time and a half. Will be arriving at site to bubble wrap parts and units and jumping into the lorry to help load off at any site given.ResponsibilitiesPerform general labour tasks including loading and unloading materialsAssist in the setup and dismantling of equipment and structuresMaintain cleanliness and organisation of the work areaFollow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environmentCollaborate with team members to complete projects on timeOperate basic hand tools and machinery as requiredReport any issues or concerns to the supervisor promptlyQualificationsPrevious experience in a labour-intensive role is preferred but not essentialAbility to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasksStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipExcellent communication skills and ability to work well within a teamWillingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilitiesA valid driver's licence is advantageous but not mandatoryJoin our team as a Labourer and be part of a supportive environment where your contributions matter.
