Your new companyBristol based businessYour new roleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Analyst to join a dynamic and fast-paced organisation. This role sits at the heart of Supply Chain & Operations, providing key financial insights and commercial support across multiple business functions.You will act as a trusted finance partner, working closely with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams. This is a fantastic chance to develop your analytical, business partnering, and reporting skills in a highly collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Performance & AnalysisPrepare and analyse monthly slow-moving inventory reports, identifying risks and trends to support decision-makingDeliver inventory reporting, reconciliations, and variance analysis, including root cause investigationsPartner with Supply Chain and Commercial teams across multiple locations to provide actionable insightsSupport budgeting and forecasting processes for costsAssist with value creation tracking and performance reporting initiativesSupport month-end reporting, including data validation and variance analysisMaintain and update customer pricing files accurately and on timeContribute to ad hoc projects such as cost analysis, contract support, and process improvementsGovernance & ControlsEnsure accuracy and integrity of financial data within systemsSupport balance sheet reconciliations and timely resolution of discrepanciesAssist with year-end activities and audit requirementsWhat you'll need to succeedDegree in Finance, Accounting, or a related disciplineWorking towards (or recently completed) a professional qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA)1-3 years' experience in a finance or accounting roleStrong Excel skills with the ability to analyse and interpret complex dataHighly organised with excellent attention to detailProactive, self-motivated, and able to work under pressureStrong communication skills with a collaborative mindsetWhat you'll get in returnHybrid working (up to 2 days from home)Early Friday finishesModern Bristol office locationLearning and development opportunitiesHealth and wellbeing support, including employee assistance programmesAdditional lifestyle and retail discountsWhat you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career.
