The business delivers high-quality external envelope solutions including cladding, roofing, SFS, glazing interfaces, insulated render systems, fire-remediation works and wider building-envelope packages for commercial, residential and public-sector projects across the UK.The wider group is established, successful and expanding, with the faades and external-works division already achieving strong turnover in its early years of trading. This environment suits someone motivated, reliable and keen to build a long-term career in site management.The Role Assistant Site Manager You will support the Site Manager with day-to-day site operations, coordination of trades and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to specification.Key Responsibilities Assist with daily site coordination and supervisionSupport management of cladding, roofing, SFS or wider external-envelope packagesMonitor progress and ensure works meet project requirementsCarry out quality checks and record site informationLiaise with subcontractors, suppliers and project teamsMaintain health and safety standards on siteAssist with site paperwork, reporting and documentationHelp manage deliveries, materials and site logisticsSupport the Site Manager with decision-making and problem-solvingWork closely with the wider project team to support deliveryFull support and oversight will be provided, with clear progression into Site Manager level.Backgrounds That Suit This Role Experienced Assistant Site Manager (3+ years)Ambitious candidate looking to work their way upSubcontractor or Main Contractor backgroundProjects & Workload External-envelope packages typically £700k£2mMix of cladding, roofing, SFS, glazing interfaces, flashings, copings and faade detailsOpportunity to gain full exposure to site management processesWorking Environment Modern open-plan office built by the teamOn-site gymSmart/casual environmentStrong social cultureSupportive team with direct access to experienced managersOpportunity This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and progress within a fast-expanding division delivering high-performance external-envelope solutions across the UK.
