This role is central to maintaining high service standards, requiring strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and effective communication across multiple departments including Stock, Transport, and AccountsFull training will be provided to cover all systems and core responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:The key responsibilities of the Sales Order Processor include, but are not limited to:Processing customer orders promptly and accurately using Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring all details are correct and up to dateResponding promptly and professionally to customer queries via phone and email, maintaining a friendly and confident mannerCommunicating cross-functionally with the Transport, Warehouse, Stock, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing and issue resolutionMonitoring customer order patterns and flagging significant changes in usage to the Stock team to help maintain availabilitySupporting Account Managers by identifying potential opportunities to grow existing customer accountsMaintaining internal spreadsheets and tools, ensuring all data is accurate and regularly updatedAssisting with general sales administration tasks and providing additional support to the wider Sales Operations Team as requiredApplying strong communication and organisational skills to maintain high service standards while working under pressureUsing initiative to solve problems proactively, while collaborating effectively as part of a teamDemonstrating confidence in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Excel, and WordJob Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:Company pensionDiscounted or free foodEmployee discountOn-site parkingExperience:Sales ordering Processing: 2 yearsCustomer service: 2 yearMicrosoft Excel: 2 yearsSales: 2 yearFood industry: 1 yearWork authorisation:United KingdomTPBN1_UKTJ
